chef and winner of Italy’s popular cooking reality show
“Il Ristorante Degli Chef”. Chef Valter is passionate about food, cooking and wants to share the corners of his favourite city, Rome, with you.
 

Chef Valter has 20 years experience in the hospitality
industry and is also a graduate of the prestigious
ALMA - Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana, Parma, Italy.

Now days he runs his “Chef Valter - Walking Food Tour”
and runs cooking classes in the heart of Rome. Chef Valter
is also available for team building events, private catering
and as a personal chef.
